Canadian Orders

United States Orders

Orders are shipped to the US by Canada Post/USPS at a flat rate of $10 per order.

In stock products ship within 1-3 business days, made to order products ship within 1-2 weeks, delivery time is 3 – 7 business days.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.


 Shipping - Merchandise

All of my merch products are made using a Print-on-Demand service, and because of this they will produced and shipped from wherever the printing company has stock. Most orders will ship from the country they are ordered from (Canada, United States, United Kingdom), but on some occasions, orders may be shipped from the United States to Canada or the United Kingdom.

Fees & Customs Tax
Please be aware that on some orders, your shipment may be subject to customs charges, paid by you upon import. This is sometimes paid online and sometimes by needing to visit your local post office. I sadly have no control over this and ask that you familiarise yourself with your local import rules.

Canadian Customers: Some orders may be shipped from the United States, if you are asked to pay taxes by Customs please contact me so that I can pay the GST/HST/PST that you will have already paid me at checkout.

Canada - 6-9 Business Days
United States - 5-7 Business Days
United Kingdom - 8-12 Business Days

At this point in time these are the only countries I ship to.
These are only estimated delivery times, no refunds will be offered if the product arrives after the estimated delivery dates.

REFUND POLICY

To qualify for a refund, your items must meet the requirements for a return (must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.) You must reach out to me before the end of the 14 day return period (which starts when your order was delivered) to the following email address:

You will be responsible for packaging and shipping the item appropatly, the return address will be provide when you contact me.

International customers, please keep in mind all returns will be shipped to Canada.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once I receive the return, I will refund you for the cost of the product only, as the shipping is a non-recoverable cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Disclaimer: If you bought the wrong product, wrong size, or you changed your mind and want to return the product you will have to pay return shipping

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send pictures of the damaged/defective item showing what the problem is.

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, Redridge.ca is not responsible for any losses or damages that might occur while your order is in the couriers hands. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact your local postal or courier service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. I will assist you in recovering an item to the best of my abilities. However, I will not provide a replacement or refund in cases where the package has been delivered but is missing or has been stolen.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

If an exchange is necessary, please reach out to me with a picture of the item you'd like to return in its original packaging, as well as a stated reason for the exchange no later than 14 days after receiving your order. The support email can be found below:

If you purchased the wrong item, or the wrong size, you will have to pay 100% of the shipping costs including the return shipping and shipping for the new item

Please allow up to 5 business days to process the inquiry. The exchange policy will be awarded on the day that support is reached out to and not when we get back to you.

Order Cancellation

Please contact me within 4 hours to cancel your order.

Some orders may be shipped within the 4-hour window, once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled.
